• You have the right to delete any data you uploaded to our services
• You will not use the service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content
• You are responsible for how you use outputs from third-party AI services

Basis processes data only according to your instructions. We do not guarantee how third-party AI providers handle data once transmitted.

4. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with external platforms and AI providers. Basis is not responsible for outages, errors, or behavior of those third parties.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
